Lovely banner product and prompt delivery!

Bought a 3x4.5 metre gazebo for our village hall. Brilliant shelter, easy to erect and put away. Excellent cover bag with wheels for the gazebo which makes storing and transport easy. We bought the sides, leg weights and floor posts so we can cover all options. Everyone is satisfied with the excellent quality of the gazebo. We will get years of good service from this product. Excellent and really helpful sales service from the team who answered all my questions promptly. No problem recommending the company and their products.

Great customer service - kept me informed at all stages of delivery. Canopy was a replacement for an old one we'd had quite a few years. Fitted perfectly - brilliant choice of colours. Will be back again in future when this canopy has had its day. For information - we put the gazebo up at beginning of Summer and it stays there until end of Autumn. So good quality and durable. Will but from Gala Tents again when i need to.

Good product good service shame about the delivery

One invoice, two parcels arriving a week apart despite both stated dispatched and out for delivery. Poor courier service, had to contact Gala 3 times to resolve this issue.

Looking good so far. Previous gala gazebo pole bags wore badly. Hopefully these will be better.

I ordered my 6m X 8m Gala tents about 3pm and it arrived on a pallet by 9am the next morning it took us around 4 hours to put up but recon we can do it quicker now we know what we are doing the frame work is strong and the material is the same making this a fantastic purchase and should last me years Thanks to the team on a great product and service.
