Easy ordering, fast and accurate delivery, tent is up and being used. Very pleased.

Overall a really good marquee. It is very sturdy and I would hold up with most weather conditions. Was easy to put up. Only negative is the bag with wheels is not designed particularly well. The handles are in the wrong place making it slightly crush your hands as you walk and due to the tiny wheels is not easy to move on anything but tarmac.

Ordered on a Tuesday and received on the Thursday, very well packaged, and item itself fantastic quality and very easy to set up. Hi I bought a 3mx3m Gala Marquee for Glastonbury this year, I have an old one same size Marquee is still going after 11 years, I bought a new one to freshen things up. Gala are really special, twice now they have managed to get deliveries of spare parts to me in the middle of Glastonbury Festival, they just try so hard to get it right.. They are brilliant, id choose them every time!The Marquees are so strong my old one was up through the welsh hurricanes and its still ok, its still in action and was also in Glastonbury Festival this year

Great Service, Very Helpful Staff, Only One Company For All Your Gazebo Needs!

Ordered a 3x3 canopy to replace an existing (non gala) one. Although the cost was considerably more than the original and those £28 ones you can find on Amazon (with negative reviews) , the difference in quality was obvious. This is a very well made, high quality product. The material is very substantial and thick. We have sat outside in torrential rain and it has been 100% waterproof, no sagging or dripping inside - the water just rolled off. It also fits very snugly so a second pair of hands would be helpful when putting this on and to get it firmly in place. Delivery was quick. Customer service was good and they were happy to update me when I called, very cheerful! All in all a good experience for us.

This was chosen and puchsed on behalf of a care home for use at the home and also and when attending gala days for publicity and fundraising. We went for mid commercial use Pro40. It is substantially designed and made. We bought the full package it all goes into the carry/roller bag. It easily erects by 4 people one on each leg but can be done satisfactorily by two. It really looks the part especially as its pi k.
