Great service and fast delivery

As someone who has now purchased a number of Gala gazebos I can only comment that you don’t return to a vendor if you have a problem with their merchandise and the quality of my recent purchase reinforces this sentiment.

I have owned the same gala marquee for over 12 years now. It’s robust and durable. It has taken some very bad weather conditions in its stride whilst those around me collapsed! My roof started to leak on the corners so I ordered a new roof. Easy peasy! I didn’t check the box contents, just took it with me to the show, 100% trust that everything was as ordered. Can’t fault this company. Such excellent customer service, a top quality product and British made. What more could yo ask for? Totally recommend to anyone looking for a tent for craft shows etc…

We have been delighted with our new gala marquee… the quality of the fabric and the helpful video assembly instructions. It gave such vital protection from the sun for our party and created a great venue / atmosphere.

Having purchased the Gala Pro 50 with additional groundbars which we were thrilled with we decided to update our banner. Now this is something I could of made utilising materials I had here but we were on a tight timescale and I had set my heart on a wrap around banner. We reached out to Gala again, and as before they were exceedingly helpful. A couple of back and forths with my design as one of my elements in the design was corrupt. Then a proof was returned to me. I was pleased with the clarity of the proof and thanked them for the hel. i just mentioned in passing that i would use something else temporarily for my upcoming event. The response was it will be fine we will get it in to production now and we will ensure it is with you in time. As promised it arrived in time and looked fabulous. The compliments I have received regarding our gazebo have all been positive. I have recommended to many other people to contact as the investment is certainly worth ever penny. Excellent product, service, and delivery arrangements

Really impressed by the correspondence and how quickly my gazebo was delivered. It is excellent quality and very strong perfect for the market and outdoor shows. Highly recommend the carry case as well, it’s well made and easy to fit . Thank you ????

Very pleased with product. Disappointed with Carrier. Package arrived 2 days later than my chosen delivery date. Had to rearrange things so that someone was home to receive the package.

We required some weights urgently for an event due to the unexpected high winds on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday. Darren was really helpful over the phone and offered to send a courier with the weights we needed. it was all agreed and paid for within an hour and we received the weights that afternoon.
