Excellent service and product.

I ordered 2 trusses for my Pro 50 pop up gazebo. I placed the order on a public holiday, so left a message. I received a call back next day, and was able to identify the part I required. I was advised the part would be delivered to my address the next day, which it was. The process from start to finish was made very easy, and the cost of replacement parts was value for money. This review is in addition to the original purchase of my Gala tent pro 50 pop up gazebo, with the same experience. I would recommend Gala tent for excellent customer service, and for high quality of product.

Good service from Gala - from start to finish. The product (our 6x3 Marquee) is pretty well as it says on the tin . Its solid, good, durable quality materials and it's not difficult to work out how to erect it with plain enough instructions. It will get quicker and easier to put it together once you have done it a couple of times.

Superb product at a very good price. My gazebo arrived quickly and has been excellent so far. A huge leap in quality, strength and performance compared to cheap Gazebos from the usual places, which will break or fail in adverse weather.

Marquee is made out of Robust pvc textile. Happy with the purchase. Customer service is great and straight forward.

I've been trading for years and have tried various gazebo sides. Gala Tent are by far my favourites. They are very strong and stand up to extreme weather. The door panel is also very wide which opens up the whole of my gazebo.

Excellent quality gazebo. Clever steady leg erecting solution to aid 2 people. Heavy weight canopy, let no water through when we had sudden deluge! Very impressed and looking at purchasing another for community.

Only used gazebo once this past Sunday and we are delighted with it as it rained and the wind blew but it stood up brilliantly. Purchased cheaper gazebos in the past but they were rubbish compared to the quality of gala tents. We were recommended to use Gala and would happily recommend to others. Service and delivery fantastic.
