I ordered one of their Garden Gazebo Sunset Premium, 3x4m in May 22 costing £550. It arrived damaged so I had them send out replacement parts so I could then erect it. The instructions tell you to take it down in strong winds or over the winter, which I did, and stored it safely in my shed. Within a year to year and a half it had already faded to almost white and then when I started to take it down for the winter last year (2024) the material just fell apart... I contacted them about this and all they said was it was out of it's two year warranty (by a few of months...) and they wouldn't replace it.. They did offer a 20% discount on a new roof though.. that would still mean I would have to pay out £150 this time but another £179 in a couple of years time... That's really very poor quality in my mind not to mention not great value for money, considering the roof is only on for 6-7 months of the year... My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing one is look elsewhere and avoid this company

Worst customer service I've ever encountered, but they don't actually care, they never read your emails properly and just sent the company pre written waffle. They Could not meet the delivery dates as shown on there adverts, and now they not returning my money. Absolute nightmare to deal with

Appalling service and after care.Having bought a gazebo over 7 weeks ago and flashing, via photos and videos, several important flaws in the design we are no closer to a solution.No apologies and days between any contact.Frustrated and poorer, I see no end in sight!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HOUSE OF TENTS. 4 out of 5 boxes arrived, lots of parts missing. £625 spent on a tent which IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and house of tents/toolport couldn't care less. several phone calls and even more emails don't get replied to. make sure you read reviews from all other sites before you decide to purchase from this uncaring company.

Bought gazebo.Curtains not delivered.Complained 4 times still no solution.Gazebo ok but service is appalling.

3x6M folding pavilion PROFESSIONAL bought in Jan. 18 770 .. after 3 months, a zipper went kaputt, According to photo-diagnosis own fault. At first I was offered ridiculous 20% discount when buying a new side wall in the second mail, it was only 15% .... pretty outrageous I REALIZE my purchase here and would not recommend to buy here.

Marquee Tent 8x5 meters, holes and pressure points in the roof tarpaulin, dents in the much too thin linkage. Return shipment has been offered. Then I was rather offered a patch set and a new pole. Sorry who buys a new tent and then mends it himself. Today I handed over the case to my lawyer. Never ever do I buy something at this store .....

TOTAL SCRAP TENTS! They do not hold the slightest wind !!! so called Alu professional tent, ONLY: a little wind of 20 km / h and it flies despite additionally weightspurchased

Very bad customer service! Defective goods should be returned at your own expense and against payment of 25 compensation! Here you buy one time and never again !!!

Attention! Cruel 'service' After almost 1 year tent broken, because the material is really only of inferior quality and the company writhes with all sorts of excuses not to have to afford a replacement.

First of all: inferior quality. We are very disappointed! We now have the tent (6x3m, PROFILine Premium) in use for the fourth year. The PVC tarpaulin (500g) only from June to October. The connecting parts rust in many places. Partly the pipes. The screws (plugged bolts) are rusted throughout. The eyelets of the roof tarpaulin also rust. Also, this is in some places the roof reinforcement just before chafing. The rubber loops are worn out and do not stretch the roof enough. The advertised longevity we see here - unfortunately - not at all.

I also know Toolport GmbH as Profile Tent24! 2 tents with a value of over 1000 ordered, the tents break after 3 months already together because here apparently a very inferior quality is sold! The tube look sturdy in the pictures here, do not be fooled by all the junk !!! I sit at the expense and the only one that offers this company for even more money even more scrap !!! To the company !! With a spare part discount of 10% from goodwill you can fool small children !! From such companies (fraudsters) you should not put up with goodbye in court !! P.s that was not all, I let me think of something special, so it everyone sees how good it is a customer with you after the purchase !!! Newspaper? Social media? You will notice that when it starts when I express my opinion about your company!

House of Tents Toolport / Intent24 of 5x10m model Pro + bought in May 2017 for 1200 with bags game and delivery. Poor quality product that is in a sorry state after 2 years and only a few uses. The main defects of this low-end Chinese product are: Factory-treated non-fungicide tarpaulins that do not tolerate the slightest moisture, especially on the inside (condensation) and mold when folded and stored in their bags. Result, before each use +/- 250m to clean with the brush + bleach and karcher (impossible in a garden thus on hard and clean ground of at least 7mx12m). Screws delivered originally not suitable for regular assembly / disassembly (to be replaced by 155 pins to clip). Handles of bags sewn edge to edge torn at first use. Galvanizing tubes very light which darkens quickly and stain the canvas. Complete set of elastic tensioners (200 pieces) to be replaced after one year (stretched bungees). Zips openings in pinion very fragile. PVC side windows opacify and split at the folds. Eyelets of the tin tarps oxidized and stain the canvas.

We bought a tent for 3000, - my daughter needed it for the equine therapy. Unfortunately the tent collapsed after only 4 weeks of light squalls so that we had to get the fire department to dismantle it completely so that nobody gets injured. Now we are in legal dispute with this nice company because it is claimed that we have set it up wrong. Also the delivery came in several parts. The assembly instructions were missing completely and had to be re-ordered by e-mail. The structure lacked different parts. This company is absolutely not recommended. Hands off!! If it were possible, I would not award a star.
