Friendly staff with good service. Purchase of the 4x10mtr ProfiLine party tent with 500g / m and its delivery without complaint. BUT: Too few rivets for a permanently stable suspension - after a short time hang the side tarpaulins. Rivets and tubular steel connectors rusted after only two years because of cheap quality (I had to (really) buy stainless rivets and they do not rust, just like the galvanized steel pipe connectors I copied and galvanized. The tent roof also torn and rotted after only about two years, despite 500g / m quality. It is clearly saved in quality; in a professional tent for 739EUR I expect better. LAST: spare parts, like the steel pipe connectors, are outrageously expensive: 27,50EUR (true value perhaps around the 5EUR). CONCLUSION: I can only advise against buying; I regret my purchase and will never buy again here.

Manufactured without tolerance ( too tight ) No end reinforcement ,Tubes will cut through after a few uses. Zips appear lite duty and no additional straps along the length. A little disappointed.

5m x 10m Marquee - The framework is just fine but the quality of the cover is poor, its very thin for a marquee of this size, I expected a much more substantial covering , we used it in light windy conditions and had to repair many of the eyelet holes because of tearing ,also the covering is very noisy when rattled by the breeze, if I had realised how poor the covering was I would have sent it back.

4m x 6m Marquee - A bit disappointed, I thought it was brand new item but it wasnt. It was a returned item and upon opening it there were traces that it has been used. There were dust and dry grasses scattered on the tarpaulin.

3m x 4m Marquee - Can't assemble due to transit damage. The package arrived in two cases both damaged. Disappointed with the quality of the product. Couldn't assemble frame due to one part not assembling. The communication system is not working for me. Happy to have replacement part but can't seem to get the message over.

Looks good, shame about the sides. Frame is sturdy and easy to erect with two people. The side panels let it down. They look like they meet at the edges in the picture, but actually there is an inch gap all the way around. The Velcro ripped off on two panels after an hour. The company were happy to replace these but I still question the strength of the Velcro. Would be much better with zips.

If only I could give it 5 sub zero stars.Arrived in astonishing time !! Not as heavy as I thought it would be. Easy to erect with one person on each corner. Will be put to the test next weekend. EDIT. so after 3 uses we've discovered that it is useless. First 2 occasions it was dead calm, no need for the walls ........... OK But 3rd time out there was a very slight breeze (5-6mph) put the walls up and shortly after a gust of wind, perhaps 15-20mph ripped a seam on one of the Windows and ripped 2 of the Velcro taoes clean off. Our other gazebos are all Gala Tent and several years old. This is 2/3 the price but less than 10% the quality of Gala Tent. Utter rubbish. Final edit. 12 months after purchase and on its 5th time of use, it will be dumped tomorrow. Not fit for purpose, Do yourself a HUGE favour, pay 100 extra for a Gala Tent product that will last many years of professional use and probably 20-30 years of domestic use. Signed off, one extremely unhappy customer.

Do not buy the economy gazebo. It cannot withstand light breezes - the legs buckled on us and the whole thing collapsed with hardly any wind at all. My previous one at half the price off ebay was twice as strong as this one. Money down the drain.

Avoid. Ordered a very expensive Marquee. It has just arrived with all of the boxes broken open and poles dented - except for one box which is missing!! Avoid this company. They appear professional but their customer services is non-existent. I have had to ask them to come and collect it and I'll order elsewhere. They are very clever with the marketing but you would be really shocked to see the condition of the delivery I received today.

advertised as year round industrial tent,lasted 3 days before poor quality zip failure and and torn material, after a week of phone conversations to germany not uk we received replacement roof ,sides and ends,we have managed 4 weeks before same issues plus poor quality welds that have failed,,and worn through cover, we have spent a vast amount of time and effort and over 1k in extra fixings and straps to replace poor quality items supplied,but have now decided to not waste any more time and effort on this item.and disposed of it. 3000 of poor quality junk.and an insult to use the uk to hide cheap imported junk from germany PLEASE BE VERY AWARE. we have plenty of evidence if anyone would like to view

Due to the weight of the gazebo we purchased, we have been forced to return the tent unused as it will not suit our long term needs. House of Tents will not pay for the return of the goods and therefore we have been told we must pay to return the good to Germany from the UK! This will no doubt incur a huge cost.

I ordered a 10 X 5 M premium party tent for my 70th birthday party. When it arrived the person accepting the delivery noticed that one box was damaged. I was on holiday at the time but i requested a replacement box as this was the easiest and safest solution to ensure that when i returned from holiday that all would be in order for my birthday party which would be within a couple of days of my return. The customer service asked me to take photos, i was on holiday so that was not possible. They refused to replace the items without photos and said if i cancelled the order they would charge transportation of over 170 Pounds, so considering the tent was 500 pounds you can see what it is really worth. I am stuck , what can i do? I have to wait until i return to check the boxes and if they are damaged and the part critical then i will have less than 24 hours to get a replacement so this may jeapordise the whole thing. Germanic stubborness.
