5 star rating plus!Having arrived at the Penistone Agricultural Show the afternoon before it started, I found that I’d lost the fittingsI was recommended by the show organisers to try Gala Tent who advised that the 6 by 3 meter tent that I wanted cost around £850I decided to travel from Penistone to Gaard tents head office and explained my situation, telling the customer service gentleman that I had only £700 cash to spend and I laid it on the tableExpert found me a tent that came to £740 but allowed me to have it for £700 cashService with a smile!And the gentlemen loading up my Land Rover were most courteous and took an interest in the show that I needed it forThe annual Penistone Agricultural Show, whilst only one day long, is well attended and probably well worth considering as a venue for Gala Tent to display at in the future!???????? to South Yorkshire businesses!!!Much appreciated!

From enquiry to delivery 24 hrs great service great product very simple to erect but extra hands makes the job easier.I was fortunate that I could screw the legs down as I hadn't ordered leg weights, overall first class product with first class sales service.

Quality products from the UK.Don't waste money on cheap garden centre stuff that gets wrecked in the first summer storm. Pay a bit more for a Galatent instead

You get what you pay for!! After a disaster with a different company and far inferior product, I phoned Gala and how glad was I! Not just for the ease of ordering but such a wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful guy!! There were some additions needed that I had not considered and I have no doubt he dreams about gazebos in his sleep!! The gazebo is heavy! (Delivered on a pallet!) substantially packed so perfect!! It is easy to erect and so solid and withstood the rigours of our climate until gale force winds were forecast in early December and thought it prudent to take down!! It has been great for enabling outside gatherings during the big C!! Don’t hesitate to buy!! ????

The gazebo was delivered the day after ordering , the person who took the order was very personable and helpful.We put the gazebo up at the beginning of August, it was the 6mx3m size so took 4 men. Although the instructions say not to leave it up we did!! It has survived all the thunderstorms and very strong winds. We lowered it to the lowest setting and took the sides off. So far it has provided shelter from intense sun for a musical session, an evening wine club tasting session ( kept one side off and door open to allow sufficient ventilation, looked wonderful with Christmas tree lights), several afternoon tea sessions and a family reunion where our daughters and grandchildren met for the first time since February!! We have passed on your details to several wine club members who were very impressed.A fantastic investment, we are delighted with the product.

I bought this 6m x 3m Gazebo tent a so the family could socially distance in the garden - the tent is brilliant, very well made and easy to move about, i guess it will be up till the end of summer, we have had consistent 25mph winds with gusts probably twice that - it seems to cope admirably - it may be a bit more expensive then others but its made in GB and worth every penny !

Good, sturdy 3mx6m tent. Needs to be well pegged against the wind. 10' nails through the feet and something bigger for the corner guys. Works satisfactorily with walls from another brand.

Money well spent glad excellent piece of kit. 3/4 hr and it was up. Pleasure to buy from staff very polite & helpfull
