GalaTent have been putting in a great effort at making their products user friendly and suitable directly for end consumers rather than just for professional tent hire companies. I am one of those end consumers and I appreciated their clear explanatory videos and help setting up the tent. However, this is not quite 'IKEA-level' yet and there is still much to improve on the completeness of their explanations, so currently as an end user I had to do some figuring out myself and couldn't rely solely on the videos. For example, the videos don't show what to do with the 'middle legs' flaps nor that you have to put the 'C' legs with the holes down facing outwards in order to peg them in. There are no instructions on how to attach the end walls or side walls if you decide to leave out some bays to create an opening (as advertised on the product description.) Nevertheless, this is a fantastic solid product and I am delighted with my purchase and with GalaTent's effort to make it user friendly. I hope that GalaTent keeps working on it and listening to customer feedback and make their product and instructions even better!UPDATE: my original review had 4 stars, but the online review system of GalaTent is terrible and has unacceptable bugs. I tried to contact customer services to help me upload my review and they were unfriendly and borderline rude. The new rating reflects my combined opinion about the great product and the poor attitude of the online chat.
